Reservation Policies
A valid state Driver's License is required for all rentals. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Anyone driving the boat born on or after January 1982 must have a boaters license. A temporary one day test is available.
Fishing from our boats is allowed. Per state law, a fishing license is required for those 16 and older.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged if the boat is not left in the same condition you recieved it.
You are not permitted to surpass the max capacity of your boat rental. Faulure to comply will result in non refund(s) of your booking fee(s).
We do not allow swimming from our boats. The new State park has docks & beach swimming available.
No same day cancelations or reschedules. (There maybe weather related exceptions)
For your comfort we recommend that you do not fill the boats to the max capacity.
Pets are an additional $25
